1. Digital Delivery Only
All of our services are delivered digitally. You will not receive any physical products.
Your personalized meal plan will be sent via:
- Email (to the email address provided during checkout), or
- Secure account access (if applicable)
2. Delivery Timeline
Your custom diet plan will be delivered within 7 to 14 business days after your order is confirmed and all required information is received.
Please note:
- The delivery timeline starts after you submit your intake details or preferences.
- Delays may occur if your intake form is incomplete or if revisions are requested.
3. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us for assistance.
4. Revision Delivery
If you request changes to your plan under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, revised versions will be delivered as quickly as possible—typically within 3 to 5 business days of the revision request.
